Speakers for November 2025 Carer Involvement Meetings announced

Our Carer Involvement meetings are an opportunity for Carers to come together with Carers and organisations working in the local area to share feedback about services. They also offer the chance for Carers to connect and gain valuable information about support and activities in the local area. They are split into 5 areas across Norfolk & Waveney and take place on Thursdays from 12.30-2.30pm

East Norfolk & Waveney: Thursday 6 November 2025, 12.30pm-2.30pm via Zoom

Wellness session
Natalie Maskell, Sensitive Soles Therapies

Natalie will guide you through two wellness activities that you can enjoy while seated: Hand reflexology and hand massage.

South Norfolk: Thursday 13 November 2025, 12.30pm-2.30pm via Zoom

Carers Benefits
Greg Lonergan, Welfare Rights Manager, Norfolk County Council

Greg will provide an overview of the benefits that Carers can apply for.

Norwich & Central Norfolk: Thursday 20 November 2025, 12.30pm-2.30pm via Zoom

Carers Rights Day

Marie Smith, Operational Business Lead for Carers, Adult Social Care, Norfolk County Council

20th November is Carers Rights Day. Marie will provide information on what this means for Carers and the support available to Carers.

Advance Care Planning 
Justine Williams, CNS/Clinical Educator, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital  Justine will give an overview of the principles, benefits and barriers to Advance Care Planning (ACP). 

As all meetings are able to be joined via Zoom, Carers are very welcome to attend a meeting outside of their area if they are interested in the speaker.
