Carers Voice

North Norfolk Carers Wellness and Information Event

Carers Voice held a Carers Wellness and Information Event in Cromer on 17th April 2026. This was an open event for unpaid Carers of all ages including Parent Carers and Young Carers.

The aim of this event was to ensure Carers in North Norfolk have access to information and support about their own health and wellbeing. We are linked with Carers Active Together, a national day of celebration for Carers and the power of movement.  This event bought together over 20 local organisations and groups as well as providing Carers access to free wellness therapies to give Carers a crucial break from their caring role.

Over 20 local organisations as well as wellness therapists offering Carers free hand and facial reflexology, Indian Head massage and hand care.

We have put together a summary of the information shared at the event which can be viewed here.
