Free Health and Wellbeing Event for people who experience Serious Mental Illness
Together for Mental Wellbeing are holding a free health and wellbeing event for people who experience Severe Mental Illness and their Carers including hand and shoulder massages, hair trips and opportunity to book your SMI health check

Complex Transition Information Event
Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital are holding a transition event to support young people (aged 13 +) with complex health and learning needs and their Carers and parents in the transition from paediatric to adult care. There will be talks on: -The role of their Learning Disability and Autism Team -The Mental Capacity Act, Power of Attorney and Deputyships -Advanced care planning -What to expect in adult healthcare

Free event organised by Norfolk and Waveney Compassionate Communities as part of Dying Matters Awareness Week to encourage discussions about death, dying and bereavement aiming to make it easier to talk about these matters and access the right help.

The purpose of this annual day of awareness and action is to highlight the importance of care planning and help empower society to make plans themselves.
