The purpose of this annual day of awareness and action is to highlight the importance of care planning and help empower society to make plans themselves. Speakers include topics on: -What matters to you -The unplanned end: What happens if you die without family or money? -Advance decision to refuse treatment: Learning from examples -Lasting Power of Attorney -Life, death and organ donation

Complex Transition Information Event
Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital are holding a transition event to support young people (aged 13 +) with complex health and learning needs and their Carers and parents in the transition from paediatric to adult care.
